These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bbd89 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing access to and use of the website located at bbd89.bio and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live casino tables, promotional offers, and payment processing.

• You must register using your own valid mobile number. Each mobile number may be associated with only one bbd89 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your account and must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You must not be a current or former employee of bbd89 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of any such employee, when using the Platform for real-money play.

Account Registration and Security

Each Player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. The following obligations apply at all times from the moment of registration.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bbd89 support immediately by contacting [email protected].
• You must not share your login credentials — mobile number and password — with any third party. bbd89 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel, including SMS, email, or telephone.
• Passwords must be kept secure and changed immediately if you believe they have been compromised. Use a unique password not shared with any other website or service. bbd89 recommends combining uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers and symbols.
• bbd89 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account, including requesting government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to supply requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Each Player may hold only one account. If you close your account and wish to re-register, you must contact support for approval before opening a new account. Self-excluded Players may not open new accounts during their exclusion period.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bbd89 processes deposits and withdrawal requests through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your bbd89 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. bbd89 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party mobile financial service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification. KYC documents must be submitted through your account settings. Processing timelines begin only after all required documentation has been verified by the bbd89 compliance team.
• All funds deposited on bbd89 must be used for gaming activity before withdrawal. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without any gaming activity may be treated as suspicious conduct and may trigger an account review.
• bbd89 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transfer fees. Check your MFS provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit, or to a wallet linked to the verified account holder's identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers, using bonus abuse strategies, or participating in coordinated bonus farming will have their account closed and all bonus-related winnings voided.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on bbd89. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage, predict outcomes, or place bets automatically without direct human input.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live play, or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or opening a new account while a prior account is under suspension, restriction, or self-exclusion.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, using VPNs, proxies, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Making chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals on any deposit that has already been used for gaming activity. Frivolous chargebacks will be treated as fraud and will result in immediate account closure and legal referral.

Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbd89 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failures, interruption of service, network connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider delays. bbd89's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

bbd89 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. bbd89 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

bbd89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication to the bbd89.bio website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the contact details held on their account, but it remains each Player's responsibility to review the current Terms before each session. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

bbd89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including where bbd89 reasonably believes a Player has breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Platform, other Players, or third parties. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus credit) will be returned to the Player following completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.
